  driving courses are created
  to be completed at your own
  pace and from any computer
  with Internet connection.

  Getting Your Certificate of Completion
  After you have completed your final exam, please allow 7-10 business days for
  your certificate to arrive via US mail. If your certificate is due to the court in less
  than 7 business days, we recommend purchasing express delivery.

  Open Traffic School processes completion certificates Monday through Friday,
  excluding holidays. We guarantee certificate processing within 1 business day
  upon notice of course completion.

  On weekends, your certificate of completion will be processed the following
  Monday, excluding holidays. Individual counties have unique procedures for the
  delivery of a certificate of completion. Please review the procedures in our
  approved counties.

  Most official certificates cannot be faxed to the student or to the court by Open
  Traffic School. Your original certificate is emblazoned with a security watermark
  in order to detect any tampering with or photocopying of the legal document. Only
  the original certificate of completion issued by Open Traffic School will be
  accepted by the court.
